Duties

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Assist in food preparation while adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills to manage transactions and provide change accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or food service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
