Full-Time Barista & Full-Time Baker

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year barista experience (for barista role); baking experience preferred for baker role

Full-Time Barista Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages Provide welcoming, attentive customer service Maintain a clean and organized bar and guest area Assist with packaging and presenting bakery items Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately Complete daily prep and opening/closing tasks Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year barista experience required

Strong multitasking and communication skills Friendly, positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Weekend availability a plus

Full-Time Baker Responsibilities

Assist with or lead production of donuts, pastries, and bakery items Follow recipes, portioning, and production schedules Prepare doughs, mixes, fillings, and toppings Operate bakery equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Support early-morning production (early hours required)

Requirements:

Professional or commercial baking experience preferred Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-morning environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
