Summary

'We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team at Second Cup in . In this role, you will be the face of our brand, crafting high-quality coffee and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests.'

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Operate POS systems accurately for transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment. Follow food safety and handling procedures. Manage cash register operations including cash handling and cashiering. Support food preparation and food handling tasks as needed. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues.'

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred.

Strong customer service skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Understanding of food safety standards. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours as required.'
