As a barista, you'll create memorable experiences for our Guests through exceptional service and top-notch products. You'll be immersed in a fast-paced, joyous environment where you'll have the ability to master your service craft, work among friends, and bring smiles to people every day.

Barista Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments Preparing beverages, including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, preparing syrups & concentrates, and serving items to customers Packaging food and beverages Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality Working as part of a fun, high-energy team Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls

Summary of Experience

Previous service experience in a barista or cafe setting (preferred, not mandatory)

Basic Qualifications

Smart Choices Certificate Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that include early mornings, weekends, and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation Engage with and understand our Guests, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shifft
