We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their orders. Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations in the food industry. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus. A friendly demeanor with a willingness to help customers and team members alike.
