Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality beverages while providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for crafting delicious drinks, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions regarding menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience operating a POS system is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
