Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Barista to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment Take customer orders and handle cash transactions Maintain a clean and organized workspace Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner Upsell products and suggest menu items based on customer preferences

Skills

Bilingual (French/English) Experience in food handling, cash handling, and cashiering Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of POS systems for order processing Familiarity with the food industry and food preparation techniques Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.55-$20.55 per hour

Expected hours: 17 - 40 per week
