Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with precision Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and appreciated. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Handle cash and transactions accurately, including point of sales system Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
