Job Summary
We are seeking one full-time Barista/Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee & non-coffee drinks following company recipes Prepare and serve a variety of sandwiches Greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions using our POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area Ensure compliance with food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly Work collaboratively with team members, or by yourself to meet customer needs efficiently
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is a plus Knowledge of basic math for handling cash and card transactions accurately Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively Ability to work in a sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with food preparation, handling, and safety guidelines is a plus

Pay: $17.85 per hour
