Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and managing cash registers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and handling, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively. Uphold company policies regarding food service, hygiene, and safety practices.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred of at least 2 years Food handling certificate and cashiering skills is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage with customers positively.
