Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Assist customers in choosing menu items, making recommendations, and taking orders
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in food handling, cash handling, and cashiering
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
