we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our cafe.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes. Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met while handling food and beverages. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and new products to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

1 year previous experience required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
