Caffe Fantastico is an established independent, quality focused and family owned coffee roastery, with three bustling locations in Victoria. • Respond to customer curiosity and promote stories behind each of our unique coffees, including flavour notes, producer profiles and relationships.

• Engage with customers over home brewing practices, matching coffees with brew methods and preferences and help to achieve the best cup at home
• Accurately take orders and works with POS
• Attention to cleanliness and sanitation
• Open to criticism and encouragement to build self improvement through barista training.

Serving experience valuable for support with our dining room service, primary duties and training will be focused on coffee bar service. Successful applicants will be entered into our barista training program.We offer competitive wages and healthy tips, all baristi at completion of their barista test will have a base wage of $16.25/hr. An additional bump at 6 months of full-time employment (at the same time as 100% paid extended medical benefits package). $17.25/hr will be the wage for all full-time Fantastico baristi after a successful first year.We are fully licensed and have kitchens at all three locations, great gratuities reflect a great team and great local food, craft beer and wine.Safety of our team and workplace is paramount, and the successful candidate must be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment with Caffe Fantastico.
