This is a seasonal position 2 or 3 shifts from November to December, 2025.

Applicants must be available to work 5+ shifts during the weeks of December 22 and December 29, including December 25 and 31.

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items while providing exceptional customer service. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant experience each time they visit.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, ensuring freshness and quality. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food handling practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
