Fonctions

Preparez et servez une variete de boissons au cafe Utiliser des machines a expresso et d'autres equipements pour la fabrication du cafe Appel et degustation d'espresso et de cafes pour assurer la qualite du produit Faire fonctionner le systeme de PDV Prendre les commandes des clients Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation de l'espace de travail, en veillant au respect des reglementations en matiere de securite alimentaire. Offrir un excellent service a la clientele en communiquant avec les clients au sujet des choix de boissons

Experience

Competences requises :

Une experience d'un an dans un cafe est preferee, mettant en evidence les competences dans la preparation de boissons de cafe. Il est essentiel de connaitre les reglements sur les boissons a base d'expresso et d'espresso et la salubrite des aliments. Une solide experience du cafe dans l'industrie du cafe de specialite est requise, demontrant une capacite a travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique. Excellentes competences de service a la clientele pour interagir positivement avec les invites et ameliorer leur experience de restauration. Parle couramment francais et anglais

We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty coffee. This role requires a commitment to producing high-quality espresso base drinks that delight our customers while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment Dialing-in and tasting espresso and coffees to ensure product quality Operate the POS system Take customer orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons regarding drinks selections

Experience

Required Skills:

One year previous experience in a coffee shop is preferred, showcasing skills in coffee drinks preparation. Knowledge of espresso and espresso-based drinks and food safety regulations is essential. Strong coffee experience within the specialty coffee industry is required, demonstrating an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests and enhance their dining experience. Fluent in French and English
