We are looking for a Barista and production team member. Someone who is passionate about health and wellness. Someone who loves being around people. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items Prepare a quality product in a timely fashion Maintain consistency while following exact recipes Able to pay close attention to detail while following recipes, bottling juices Maintain a clean work environment including all cold-press equipment, accessories, machine Adhere to company standards including personal hygiene and appearance Stock inventory appropriately Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Skills

Proven barista experience will be an asset but not required Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Ability to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs, and operate equipment and tools such as knives, juicers, blenders, scales, etc. Familiar with industry's best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
