Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, with experience in food preparation and handling. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously. Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math skills. Assist with serving food and beverages, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with barista or serving experience being a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
