JOB DESCRIPTION

Butter Baker is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Barista duties include making fresh and delicious beverages, knowledge of brewing procedures, knowledge of health and safety rules, willingness to complete daily food quality inspections, and other duties as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but not required. Ability to work various shifts (weekdays/weekends/holidays) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong customer service skills Great attention to detail Must be able to work well in a team environment Must be able to work some holidays Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (may require assistance with lifting) Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day (may require assistance with lifting) Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, reach, twist, turn, push/pull, climb stairs (with assistance), climb ladders, and walk on uneven or carpeted surfaces. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently; up to 100 pounds occasionally. Lifting may require assistance.

Pay: $17.60-$17.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
