We are an established Calgary barbershop seeking a skilled Barbershop Supervisor / Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise barbers, and support continued business growth. This role will play a key part in managing current staff and supporting the launch of a second location.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising barbers and daily shop operations
Staff scheduling and workflow coordination
Training and mentoring team members
Maintaining quality, hygiene, and customer service standards
Supporting inventory and operational planning
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years barbering experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational and people-management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
