Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a barber ,In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing barbering and hair styling and front desk duties. Your ability to communicate effectively and promote retail sales will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Duties

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Perform hair styling / barbering services, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene are maintained. Engage in upselling retail products that align with client needs, enhancing their overall experience. Maintain the cleanliness of the salon area, including workstations and tools, adhering to sanitation protocols. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth barbershop operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a barbershop or retail setting. Proficiency in hair styling / barbering techniques and knowledge of current trends. Strong understanding of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products is highly desirable. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $17.80-$30.00 per hour
