Barback - The Country Club (Saint John Boardwalk)

Position Overview:We're looking for energetic and hardworking Barbacks to keep our bar and dining areas running smoothly. In this role, you'll support our servers and bartenders by keeping everything clean, stocked, and organized--ensuring guests enjoy seamless service in a lively, music-filled atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Clear tables, remove used dishes and glassware, and reset for the next guests.

Wash, polish, and restock glassware, utensils, and bar tools.

Keep the bar stocked with ice, beverages, garnishes, napkins, and other supplies.

Assist bartenders with prepping garnishes, opening bottles, and changing kegs.

Help servers by delivering drinks and clearing tables during busy times.

Sweep, mop, and keep the bar/dining areas clean and safe.

Take out trash and recyclables regularly.

Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and other tasks as needed.

Provide friendly assistance to guests when appropriate.

Pay: $15.65 per hour
