We are looking for a motivated and excited beverage manager / mixoligist to continue this strong tradition into the future with us.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

create a cocktail menu that reflects your creativity and honors our legacy of quality. set and monitor quality and service standards for staff direct and manage staff members to meet standards and objectives ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patrons and staff discover new methods and ingredients to engage the senses we give you the space to shine and take credit for your work as a mixologist promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations ensure adherence to stock control procedures monitor and order supplies liaise with suppliers and sales representatives confirm that procurement of supplies is on the best possible terms check stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce wastage oversee the bar display to maximize functionality and attractiveness plan and implement systems to maximize sales and revenue organize promotional activities implement improvements for products and service maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions

Skills and Experience

experience in the management of a bar or beverage service operation complete working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages experience with basic accounting procedures knowledge of cost control procedures
