Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. AT least 10- year experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. As the Bar Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Duties

Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Supervise bartenders and bar staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards in food preparation and handling. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Develop and implement drink menus, promotions, and special events to attract customers. Monitor POS systems for accurate order processing and financial reporting. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in bartending or bar management is essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations related to food handling is required. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike. Experience with POS systems is preferred to streamline operations.
