Job Summary

Prince Albert Brewing Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations , ensure exceptional guest experience. and help create a vibe for being the spot to be in Prince Albert.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the bar business , a solid understanding of drinks and food.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations and manage bar staff to ensure high-quality service. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Plan and organize entertainment events to attract patrons such as DJ Nights, Bands, stand up shows etc. Collaborate with ownership on promotions, menus & events Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service, and cash handling procedures. Conduct interviews for new hires and manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain a positive environment.

Skills

2-3 years of bar management experience Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and current trends Proficiency in cash handling and financial reporting. Experience in bar drinks preparation and knowledge of food dishes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for mixology and staying updated on industry trends. Flexible schedule and a hands-on management.
