We are currently seeking a passionate and innovative Bar Manager to join our team. This individual will lead the day-to-day operation of all Club bars and take ownership of the cocktail program, providing exceptional experiences to our Members. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Bar Manager will be a visible leader and mentor, contributing to our high standard of service and team development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all Club bars.
Provide hands-on leadership and foster a culture of excellence.
Supervise bar staff and assist with broader F&B team coverage when required.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and ongoing staff training.
Engage with Members to gather feedback and enhance service.
Collaborate across departments to support events and daily operations.
Develop and evolve a creative and high-quality cocktail program.
Ensure compliance with Club policies, health regulations, and licensing laws.
Perform facility lock-up responsibilities as scheduled (typically not late evenings).
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior F&B leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer.
Post-secondary education.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Jonas Management experience is an asset.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
Proven leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
