Job Description

We have four restaurants in the Kingsway area. Each one has a different focus, but all share the same standards: good service, a strong team, and food and drink we care about. We're heading into the busy season and looking to bring on a Bar Manager to help lead service and take charge of the beverage side.

This is a service-first leadership role with a strong focus on beverage. You'll be on the floor during service, setting the pace and keeping everything running smoothly. But outside of service, your focus will be:

Bar inventory and ordering Wine list management and pairings Staff training (servers + bartenders) Input on cocktail features and seasonal lists Keeping costs tight and stock organized
You should be confident with wine, comfortable leading a team on the floor, and organized behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who loves service but wants to take on more responsibility and help shape the beverage side across multiple venues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
