Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Bouncer to maintain a safe and secure environment at our venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons and staff, enforcing venue policies, and managing crowd control. This role requires a strong presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention is highly desirable. The Bouncer will utilize CCTV systems and surveillance techniques to monitor activity and prevent incidents, contributing to a secure atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

Monitor entrances and exits to control access and verify identification of patrons Enforce venue policies regarding conduct, age restrictions, and safety regulations Manage crowd flow to prevent overcrowding and ensure orderly behavior Respond promptly to disturbances or emergencies, de-escalating conflicts when necessary Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within the premises Collaborate with security team and management to develop safety protocols Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism Maintain detailed incident reports when necessary, documenting any security concerns or incidents

Qualifications

Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention preferred Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques Strong observational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when needed Valid certification or licensing as required by local regulations (if applicable)
