Position: Bar back

The Role at a Glance: Along with a passion for the service industry, you have strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. You will assist bartenders to keep the areas clean and stocked, while remaining calm under pressure to ensure guests are served in a timely manner.

Your Day To Day Duties:

Assists Bartenders by keeping bar areas clean, clearing tables, keeping inventory stocked and providing necessary support to ensure prompt and friendly service. Serve drinks to customers in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar and its equipment. Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

You have:

Flexibility to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail The ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
