Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Assist in meal preparation and food service, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle food safely according to health regulations and company policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold a positive atmosphere by interacting with patrons in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food preparation are highly valued. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
