Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional food and beverage service to banquet guests in a professional and timely manner
Ensure all events are set up according to guest specifications and company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment before, during, and after events
Communicate effectively with the banquet leadership team to ensure smooth service
Support team members to ensure efficiency and a positive guest experience
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of menu items and event details
Key Requirements
Previous serving experience, preferably in a banquet or catering setting
A strong passion for hospitality and guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
