The successful candidate must have 3- 5 years of banquet experience with 2-3 years being in a leadership role in a banquet setting. Knowledgeable in banquet setups, execution of service, and dealing with guests needs. Communicates relative information to other department managers, kitchen & banquet supervisors/staff. Is able to lead, delegate, and work alongside staff. Is able to perform opening & closing duties. The banquet supervisor will report to the banquet manager.
