Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, crafting quality beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces Ensure all food handling and food safety protocols are followed during drink preparation and service Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately if applicable, and assist in closing procedures at shift end

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, especially in bartending or beverage service Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food preparation techniques related to garnishing or light snack service is a plus Experience in hotel or food service environments is advantageous Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for hospitality settings
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$29.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
