WOW Catering is hiring!

WOW Catering is looking for energetic and enthusiastic servers to join our team. If you have serving experience and are interested in working for Winnipeg's favorite catering company we want to meet you.

Staff will have the opportunity to work across multiple properties and a variety of different types of events.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Banquets Serving and Bartending Staff
-Part time banquets serving staff work a variety of shifts across our venues providing excellent service to our guests.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure professional service
- Answer, report to and follow the managers directions
- Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations as well as company work safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Other duties as required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be available for primarily evening shifts: weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- 1+ years of relevant serving experience preferred but not a must
- Smart choice card is required, must be over 18 as we are a licensed facility
- Excellent guest-oriented approach and patience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High attention to cleanliness and safety
- Must speak English and live in Winnipeg area
- Valid food handlers certificate is an asset

Pay: $15.80-$17.50 per hour
