Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events and banquets, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will play a crucial role in the success of our events.

Duties

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event space during and after service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Skills

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal. Experience in bartending or food service is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are vital for success in this role.
