Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience during events and functions. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service, setting up and breaking down banquet areas, and assisting with food and beverage service. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Set up banquet tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications. Assist with the preparation of food stations and buffet setups. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Follow all food handling and safety regulations. Assist with the breakdown of events, including cleaning up and returning items to storage.

Skills

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy events.
