Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing the necessary support to the department's Sales Managers and Director of Sales. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike and be comfortable dealing directly with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative duties, including processing incoming inquiries to the appropriate Sales Manager, office management, filing and preparing reports. Detailing specific needs of group business, by working directly with hotel clients Communicating with all hotel departments in regard to upcoming events Promoting events and special promotions through social media Working proficiently in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with the ability to learn and eventually master hotel sales software.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills; including direct phone calls, email and social media. The ability and flexibility to support multiple managers while multi-tasking. Excellent organization skills Must possess the skills and experience to consistently deliver exceptional guest service
Shift: Monday-Friday. Occasional evenings and/or weekends.

2 years Hospitality experience preferred

Previous sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
