Overseeing the setup, tear down of events and making sure they run smoothly. Supervising staff and ensuring the are competing tasks assigned to them in a timely manner. Being the contact person with clients during events to ensure they are taken care off. Talking with the kitchen about timings and ensuring they are aware if events are running behind or early.
