Overview:

Contract, estimated duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension

: Part-Time (4-6 hours per week during regular business hours)

: Hybrid -- occasional on-site presence required for meetings

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the banking industry, focusing on financial crimes Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients and thoroughly understand their pain points and business objectives Design and present custom solution proposals that highlight Adastra's capabilities, including data management, advanced analytics, and AI-powered systems Conduct demos to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of Adastra's solutions for Banking clients Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical and industry insights to both the sales team and clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the banking industry to ensure Adastra's offerings remain competitive

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience in the banking industry at an executive level, with a strong understanding of: Financial Crimes Customer journey Data-driven decision-making Experience in the usage of data analytics, business intelligence, and the application of emerging technologies such as IoT, predictive analytics, and machine learning within banking landscape Executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have:

A track record of successful presales or solution engineering experience, preferably within a consulting or technology services environment
