Part of the LCI Education network, LaSalle College is the largest bilingual college in North America. It brings together six specialized schools, including Fashion, Arts and Design; VFX and Video Games; Social Sciences and Humanities; Management and Technology; Hospitality & Tourism as well as an online training school, and offers more than 60 programs attached to these schools.

The School of Management and Technology is looking for a teacher for the Residential Real Estate Broker program to teach in English in the evening.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan class sessions;

Deliver sessions in a dynamic, effective and structured manner;

Design formative and summative evaluations using a competency-based approach;

Administer and correct evaluations;

Follow-up with each student and encourage success;

Be available to students in order to promote their development of the competency targeted by the course;

All other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education

Hold a college diploma in Residential Real Estate or any other relevant diploma;

Have experience in real estate brokerage;

Hold the OACIQ certification as a residential real estate broker and practice as a residential real estate broker are major assets.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Be responsible, punctual and diligent;

Bilingual;

Demonstrate professional ethics and teaching skills;

Good communicator;

Be available to receive and respond to emails, multiple questions and requests from students and administration throughout the semester.

Experience in teaching, particularly in the desired discipline (asset);

Experience in distance education (asset);

Knowledge of the Teams Classroom tool (asset).
