Summary

We are seeking a Facilitator to lead dynamic music-based team-building sessions for corporate clients in the UK. Based in London, this role is vital in delivering transformative experiences that align with our company's mission to strengthen teams through innovative musical activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate engaging music-based team-building workshops for corporate groups. Customize program content to meet client needs and objectives. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation. Train and support participants in developing their musical skills within the program. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve program delivery. Manage session logistics and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees. Promote the benefits of music-driven team development to clients. Ensure safety and adherence to company standards during all activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilitating group activities or training sessions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for music and team development. Ability to adapt sessions to diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in corporate training or teambuilding is a plus. Creative problem-solving abilities. Enthusiasm for fostering teamwork and leadership.
