AIM \xc3\x89co-Centre is looking for a scale clerk for its St-Augustin site. The scale clerk will be required to monitor receipts and shipments of materials through the entry and exit of trucks/trailers. The person is responsible for weighing the equipment, issuing weighing tickets and responding adequately to customers.

• Welcome clients;
• Weigh the material;
• Make delivery notes in the software;
• Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed;
• Prepare shipping papers;
• Tracking of material shipments;
• Perform reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service;
• Experience in the transportation field (an asset);
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Skills sought

• Rigor;
• Good communication;
• Excellent customer service;
• Good knowledge of software, computer systems;
• Good at mental arithmetic.

Additional Information

Daytime work schedule Monday to Friday;
From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
Full-time, permanent position.
