Shift Time-5am-3pm(Tue-Wed-Thurs)

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and other desserts, ensuring consistency and quality. Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs, adhering to customer specifications and presentation standards. Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and packaging products for sale or delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, following food safety protocols at all times. Assist with food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking special orders, and answering product-related questions. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools. Ensure proper packaging of baked goods for retail or wholesale distribution. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Experience

Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery operations is highly preferred. Restaurant experience or food industry background is advantageous. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, baking processes, and kitchen safety standards. Experience in customer service roles within a food setting is a plus. Knowledge of food handling regulations and proper sanitation practices. This role is ideal for someone passionate about baking, creative cake decorating, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced culinary environment.
