To plan, organize, and prepare for the production of bakery products. Responsible for ensuring recipes are followed through standard operating procedures. Leading a team of production workers to ensure work-in-process meets quality standards before baking. Maintaining a clean and well-organized working area including regular maintenance on commercial food equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure products are manufactured to meet quality standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards. Maintain equipment in good working order Operate commercial machinery in production Follow set recipes Order and maintain inventory of raw materials Leading a team of production workers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
