We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences and dietary needs.
Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our restaurant's reputation for excellence.
Implement cost control measures to optimize kitchen operations while maintaining quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
