Bakery Manager - L'aromas Bakehouse (Tsawwassen, BC)

L'aromas Bakehouse is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, hands-on Bakery Manager to lead our talented team in Delta (Tsawwassen), BC.

Your Role

As Bakery Manager, you'll lead daily production, inspire a high-performing team, and help shape the next chapter of our bakery. You're a creative, energetic leader who's excited to innovate, roll up your sleeves, and drive excellence in everything we make.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of bakers and support staff Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency Create and launch new products based on trends and customer insights Maintain strong relationships with cafes and wholesale partners Manage ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize costs Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives Represent the bakery at community events and fundraisers

What You Bring

2+ years supervisory experience (bakery, food production, food service, or hospitality) 3+ years commercial baking experience Passion for baking and product development Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to manage high-volume, hands-on production with precision Solid organizational, problem-solving, and basic financial skills Comfort with early mornings (5am) and weekend shifts Computer proficiency (email, Word, Excel, basic data entry) Your own vehicle Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 25kg, and meet physical requirements of a busy bakery
