Job Description

Experience in decorating cakes or working in a Bakery following recipes is required.

Your main activity will be helping with decorating cakes and desserts (experience following recipes is a must).

You will also assist with other bakery activities as needed- this could include cleaning and dishwashing.

-Passion for baking and desserts.

-Positive attitude and customer service experience. Excellent communication skills.

-Being part of a team, follow directions + not afraid to ask for help.

-Reliable and Respectful.

-Baker skills. Understanding the importance of baking precision and experience decorating cakes and creating desserts is a must . Only Applicants with experience in decorating cakes and desserts will be considered.

-Able to follow recipes. Understanding of weights + measures.

-Capable of lifting up to 44lbs occasionally. Able to withstand repetitive movements + standing for the duration of the shift.

-Organized + keep a tidy work space

Duties and responsibilities:

-Customer service

-Process and preparation of baked goods, desserts and decoration of cakes.

-Keen eye for details and ability to create visually appealing displays of baked goods.

-Ability to multitasking and follow instructions given by bakers.

-Some cleaning and dishwashing.

Pay: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
