Baker/pastry Chef

Job Description

Fulltime baker and pastry production. Tuesday - Saturday, 7am - 3pm with 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone that has experience in mixing sourdough, foccacia, pizza dough, cakes, pastries and cookies. You will be baking sourdough in our woodfire oven as well as mixing and shaping diffrent bread doughs for the day. We are aslo looking for someone that is open to learning how to work the line if need be where you will prepare woodfire pizzas, sandwitches and salads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Toronto, ON M6P 3S8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Bread making and pastry: 2 years (required)
