Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker, Customer Service candidates to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers in the food industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for baked goods, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding menu items, food preparation, and safety practices. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service. Knowledge of baked goods preparation techniques (at least 2 years), and safe food handling practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking or baking, as it enhances product knowledge and customer interactions. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
