We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baker to join our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a passion for food preparation, ensuring that our bakery consistently delivers high-quality products while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Duties

Initiate daily bakery operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to meet production demands. Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends. Collaborate with other departments such as the kitchen/market teams to ensure seamless operations.

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation within a bakery setting is essential. Prior leadership experience in team management is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems for managing sales transactions efficiently. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. A passion for baking and knowledge of current trends in the food industry will be advantageous.
