As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of products to support an exceptional guest experience through the delivery of quality products and service.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare baked good according to Tim Hortons' recipes and standards
Monitor product quality and freshness throughout the shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Previous baking or food preparation experience is preferred
Attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards
Ability to work early morning shifts
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
